Monthly Summary Report direct to email

✅ Free, ✅ Team, ✅ Business

We're thrilled to announce the release of our much-anticipated Monthly Summary Report.

We’ll now be shipping a summary report directly to your inbox to keep you and your team up-to-date with key metrics and performance indicators.

This will serve as a monthly nudge, highlighting valuable insights and trends drawn from your account, which you are then able to click-through directly and deep dive on the Dreamdata app.

The Monthly Summary Report will land in your inbox in one of two versions:

  • Summary of Ad Spend: This report delivers a detailed breakdown of your ad spend over the last month, providing insights into where your advertising budget is being utilised most effectively.

  • Summary of Traffic: This report focuses on your website's traffic data, offering key insights into visitor behaviour, sources of traffic, peak periods, and more.

Brand Search filter for Google Search Ads

✅ Free ✅ Team ✅ Business

Next up is the Branded Search filter available on our Paid Search reports.

We recognise the importance of being able to distinguish between branded and non-branded keywords when analysing your Google Search Ads.

That’s why we've introduced this intuitive filter to streamline the process, which allows you to easily identify and manage your branded campaigns and keywords.

With just a couple of clicks, you can now isolate and exclude your branded keywords from your analysis, as well as sort using the ‘group by’ function on relevant reports.

Organised Shared Reports - now with folders, categories and search options

✅ Free, ✅ Team, ✅ Business

We are delighted to announce three notable updates to our Shared Reports feature:

  1. You’ll now be able to organise your shared reports into folders. These folders can be created, updated, or deleted as per your needs, providing an additional layer of organisation that will streamline your workflow.

  2. We’ve also added the ability to search your shared reports and filter them by category. Need to find a specific report quickly? Want to see all reports from a particular category? Done. Additionally, your shared reports can now be sorted, further simplifying your navigation and helping you to better manage your data.

  3. Finally, we’ve added a ‘Notify team members’ function, which will automatically notify the rest of your team when a new Shared Report is created. (PS. we’ve also made it easy to disable notifications for new reports, should you wish to do so).

In all, these updates to one of our customers’ favourite features, will improve efficiency, increase engagement and collaboration among your team, and ultimately, enable you to extract maximum value from your data.

New Intent Data Sources

Free, ✅ Team, ✅ Business

We’re now offering five new intent data sources: 6Sense, Clearbit, Triblio, Rollworks, and Albacross

Although Dreamdata comes with built-in functionality to collect intent data for all your visitors, these new sources will enable users of these products to feed additional high-quality sources of intent data into Dreamdata.

Adding these intent data sources to Dreamdata’s data models will improve quality and coverage, which basically means that you are able to identify high-intent accounts sooner and move them onto the sales pipeline faster.

  • 6Sense - “Confidently connect web traffic and intent signals to buyers and accounts across devices, channels, and locations. 6sense Account Identification uses AI to spot ideal accounts, where they are in their journey, and members of the buying team.

  • Clearbit - “Clearbit provides go-to-market teams with the industry's most comprehensive B2B dataset across company, contact, and IP intelligence.

  • Triblio - “Triblio captures online research, social interactions, event participation, hiring activity, company initiatives, and more—giving your revenue teams unparalleled insight. Intent signals that reflect how B2B buying decisions actually happen with contact-level data.

  • Rollworks - Rollworks uses its “proprietary technology to understand the types of content people at accounts are consuming across the web. To do this we partner with the biggest suppliers of ad inventory to access the text on a website for every ad impression NextRoll serves.

  • Albacross - “From early-stage awareness to late-stage decision, you have all the insights you need to reveal your potential buyers, engage them with what they want, and get notified when they are ready to buy.

As always, we welcome any feedback to make sure we're providing the best service possible for you and your team. Stay tuned for more exciting updates from us in the future!
