How to Set Up CRM Filters

  1. Begin by navigating to the Data platform > Sources > Your CRM

  2. Within the ‘Object Manager’ you can find and select the CRM properties you wish to report on.

  3. After choosing the desired properties, save your changes. These selections will then be reflected across all applicable dashboards and reports in Dreamdata, offering a tailored reporting experience.

Use Cases for CRM filters

Revenue Reporting on Different Pay Tiers

  1. Go to the Revenue Attribution Dashboard and set the date range to the last year to focus on recent performance.

  2. Select the "Data Driven" attribution model for an analytical overview.

  3. Filter by the relevant CRM property, which in this example is ‘plan tier'. This allows for a comparison between different pricing tiers and their contribution to the overall revenue.

Now you have a comprehensive overview of how each pricing tier performed, including deal counts and revenue generated, alongside a comparison against the total revenue.

ABM Campaign Performance

  1. Navigate to the Acquisition Report

  2. Apply the target account = true, CRM filter to assess the impact of ABM campaigns on your targeted account list.

  3. Select your preferred stage of the pipeline to focus your analysis.

Now you can see the total impact or performance of these campaigns on the selected account list, offering valuable insights into the efficacy of your ABM strategies.

Conclusion:

Dreamdata’s CRM property filters give you the ability to analyze and report on various business aspects. Whether dissecting revenue by different pricing tiers or evaluating the success of targeted marketing campaigns, the flexibility offered by CRM filtering ensures that your reporting is comprehensive, insightful, and perfectly aligned with your business’s specific needs and strategies.
