Product Release: Activate Audience Data with Webhooks

We’ve just released a big enhancement to Dreamdata’s activation capabilities: Webhooks! 

Why is this a big deal? Before, you could use Dreamdata to send data through our proprietary integrations for precise targeting to major ad platforms. Now, you can send Dreamdata audience data to thousands of apps through platforms like Zapier, or connect directly to enrichment tools like Clay.

This release is available on all paid plans.

Building & activating high-intent audiences with Dreamdata


Dreamdata already provides the most complete B2B customer journey map anywhere. This is thanks to our leading B2B tracking, our proprietary IP-to-company resolution tech, cookieless tracking back-up, and our suite of integrations with the B2B GTM tech stack.

Our AI engine scans all this data - every touchpoint from every channel, from every user of every account - to identify the moments that actually make a difference.

Before the Webhooks release, this data could be used to target your high-intent accounts automatically in three ways: 

  • Send audiences to all major ad platforms for targeted campaigns. 

  • Notify your sales team in Slack or Microsoft Teams when key accounts show high intent. 

  • Access Dreamdata's cleaned and ready-to-use data models directly within your data warehouse, and use reverse ETL to send audience data into other tools.

Now, when a contact or company enters your audience, you can trigger actions in any system with a Webhook - outreach tools, marketing automation, support tools, and more. An activation engine for your audience data.

What are Webhooks?


Think of a Webhook as a digital tap on the shoulder, an automated notification that one system sends to another. 


Once a company or contact enters an audience in Dreamdata, Webhooks sync that data (name, domain, engagement score, and more) to another platform. That could be a sales outreach tool, a support system - anything with a Webhook capability.

What data can you send? 

  • Firmographics: Company name, domain, country, industry, or number of employees.

  • Contact information: Contact name, email, country, title, role, seniority, and companies the contact belongs to.

  • CRM data: The account owner name and email.

  • Dreamdata engagement: An engagement score and signals from the last 30 days.
