5 use cases for Dreamdata Reveal

Last week we launched our latest feature - Dreamdata Reveal.

The free-to-use Reveal report helps you uncover hidden demand, anywhere.

Powered by the Dreamdata platform, Reveal collects engagement data from key sources, so you can easily identify the hottest accounts whether they’re actively browsing your website, engaging with your LinkedIn ads, or comparing you on G2.

In this post, we’re unpacking some of Reveal’s incredible use cases, to help you get the most out of this powerful free feature:

Identify whether active companies are in your CRM

Reveal’s most powerful use case is accessing a list of all companies engaging with your brand that are not on your CRM.

Thanks to Dreamdata’s de-anonymisation and enrichment engine, Reveal is able to identify the companies engaging with your brand from three principal sources - site behaviour, LinkedIn Ads engagement, G2 intent data.

This enables Reveal users to capture all the opportunities lurking around your brand - including those 41% of engaged companies not in your CRM.

With Reveal you can easily toggle between ‘in CRM’ and ‘not in CRM’ to get a list of all those active companies not already on your radar.

By using a wide range of filters, you’re then able to pick out all those accounts meeting your ICP criteria - including, industry, company size, location, and annual revenue.

In CRM but missing account owner

Another source of missed opportunities that Reveal helps you tap, are all those active companies that have not yet been assigned an account owner. On average, 53% of active accounts haven’t been assigned an account owner.

This can include companies outside and inside your CRM.

Once again, Reveal makes it very easy to filter those companies which have not yet been assigned an account owner. Then filter out all those that aren’t ICP and allocate the relevant Sales reps!

Get the list of companies visiting your pricing page

Out-of-the-box, Reveal offers the ‘Engagement Score’ to help you quickly find those companies most actively engaging with your brand. This score includes the trend analysis, where you’re able to track weekly changes in activity.

But that shouldn’t limit you from pinpointing those companies performing more specific actions that might indicate particularly strong buying intent, such as visiting your pricing page.

With Reveal, you can pick out any URL on your website that represents strong buying intent for your business. If you’re unsure of which URLs indicate the highest buying intent, hope over to Dreamdata’s content analytics dashboard to find out.

The resulting list is gold for your BDRs and for your Marketing department, who can then mobilise re-targeting activities on these accounts to nudge them into the pipeline.

See how engaged opportunities in your sales pipeline are

Dreamdata Reveal works across pipeline stages, which offers Sales Reps insight into the activity of those accounts already in the pipeline - helping better prioritise their time and outreach.

As Dreamdata EMEA Sales Lead, Sander Luckow highlights, ”Sales forecasting can be difficult when you only have your gut feel to go by, but it gets a little easier if you actually get an understanding of the buying journey in real-time.”

The Engagement Score can prove especially useful here in prioritising your accounts by those that are showing the most activity. So when it comes to closing your month or quarter, you’re not blindly following your hunch but working those opps that are actually serious about your product.

See whether your closed-lost deals are active

There are many reasons behind deals being lost: bad timing, the champion switching jobs, not enough value, or going with a competitor.

Whatever the reason, you want to stay on top of what happens with these companies after moving them to closed lost.

You’ll be surprised by how many of these reappear on your radar.

With Reveal, this has become a whole lot easier. You can easily identify those closed-lost deals lurking around brand. Which means, that you can be proactive as soon as they show intent again - understand exactly what they're doing and tailor your message from it, and ultimately increase the velocity of born-again deals!
