New Dreamdata Free Plan: greater access, more features, instant value

Two years ago we launched the Dreamdata Free plan, giving anyone access to the Reveal, Digital Analytics, and Ads Spend reports on our platform at no cost.

Over the last 20 months or so, this Free offering has proven to be a favourite amongst a growing number of B2Bs globally.

However, our 30,000 Monthly Tracked Users limit has meant larger B2Bs have more often than not been capped out, and so unable to tap into our Free plan.

That’s why we’ve now reconfigured our Free plan to give even more value to even more B2Bs - no matter their size - and do so in as short a time as possible.

Today we’re releasing our new Free plan, which, humility aside, is an industry-busting giveaway, that offers traditionally paid plan features at no cost!

Our new Free plan includes:

  • CRM integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and MS Dynamic - bringing pipeline and revenue metrics to all Free reports.

  • Our intent data and lead intelligence feature, ‘Reveal’, with no limits to identified companies, and now also including the ‘in CRM’ filter.

  • The complete Digital Analytics suite, now measuring influence on pipeline stages.

  • Revenue Reporting and Revenue Segmentation reporting on CRM deal and opportunity data.

  • Unlimited access to the unified Ad Spend report with up to 2 years of historic data + live industry benchmarks! 🤐

  • 2 months’ active historic data - giving you immediate access to analytics.

Let’s dig into the details! 👇

Previously on Dreamdata Free

Until now, our Free plan has focused primarily on offering a B2B-specific web analytics platform.

Unlike the majority of analytics providers, the backbone of Dreamdata’s technology is our account-based data model. This means that data models, reports, and dashboards are designed to organise and provide insights and analytics around accounts and not individuals.

This data has enabled us to offer three primary features in our Free plan: Digital Analytics, the recently launched Reveal report and our unified Ad Spend report.

The primary limits for the existing Free plan have been the number of Monthly Tracked Users (MTUs) - which has been capped at 30,000 per month - and not enabling integration with a CRM.

While this has allowed users to measure performance against the first business conversion event (typically a form submission), it has left our industry-leading pipeline and revenue metrics outside the Free offering.

Both of these limits have now been removed.

Let’s take a closer look.

Dreamdata Free 2.0

The idea behind our new Dreamdata Free offering is to give users of all sizes access to the full functionality of our Free reports.

Out goes our limits to the number of Monthly Tracked Users and in comes integration to your CRM. Together this means pretty much unlimited use of our Reveal, Digital Analytics suite, Revenue Analytics and Ad Spend report.

Connect your CRM and see the impact on pipeline and revenue

Free plan customers are now able to connect their CRM to Dreamdata. This means that you’re able to tie all the go-to-market activities measured in our Free reports to sales pipeline and revenue. For example, see which URLs are driving the most SQLs and whether your Demos or Free sign-up produce the most new business.

You will be able to self-service a maximum of 4 stage models and conversion definitions to match your pipeline - helping you measure impact on the stages that matter most.

In conjunction with our tracking and identification script, we de-anonymise traffic (connect traffic to account) and provide fully automatic identity resolution (contact to company resolution). Meaning that you can now link visitor engagement on your site with accounts in your CRM and associate contacts to the correct accounts.

Uncover your hidden demand with Dreamdata Reveal and LinkedIn Engagement

Our new Free plan gives you access to the complete Reveal report.

This means that with the CRM integration you not only collect engagement data from key intent sources to easily identify the most active companies engaging with your brand.

But, you can also determine whether or not these companies are already on your Sales team’s radar and whether they have been assigned an account owner.

You’ll also be able to track account engagement across pipeline stages to help your Sales team prioritise their prospects.

What this means is that you’ll now be able to:

  • Have instant access to a list of every account engaging with your brand across sources.

  • Prioritise your outreach on the most active accounts.

  • Identify active prospects and discover new ICP leads.

You’ll also have access to our brand new LinkedIn Engagement report, with no limit on its features. Here you can drill down into all the companies interacting with your LinkedIn Ads but not converting - whether it’s a like, comment, video view or impression, you’ll see who’s receiving your ads.

Full access to B2B web analytics with Dreamdata’s Digital Analytics

Our Digital Analytics suite has been the linchpin of our Free plan until now and will continue to be so in our new plan.

Digital Analytics tracks and measures site engagement at the account level and not just the individual level, offering what is a B2B alternative to Google Analytics.

But of course, it now benefits from complete access to pipeline and revenue metrics from your CRM. Which means that you can now measure the influence of URLs and events on pipeline stages.

This means you can:

  • Measure your site performance by traffic, conversions, and impact on revenue.

  • Segment visitors by the company industry and size or segment visitors by their role and seniority based on their title.

  • Compare URL performance at every stage of your pipeline.

  • Discover what channels are behind your best-performing conversions.

Revenue Reporting and Revenue Segmentation reports now with CRM opportunity and deal data

By including CRM integration, we’re ripping open our ‘Revenue Reporting’ and ‘Revenue Segmentation’ reports for Free plan customers.

These reports are a Rev Ops’ dream come true.

Get an instant snapshot of all your headline metrics, including your total revenue generated, revenue per pipeline stage, total number of deals, and average deal length.

Break down your deals into all the key B2B segments: country, industry, annual revenue, number of employees. Making planning, targeting and forecasting that much easier.

All your Ad spend reporting in one place with 2 years’ historic data

Our Ad Spend report allows Free users to analyse all ad spend data in one place. Dreamdata’s native integrations with all the main ad platforms means you don’t have to switch between ad platforms and spend hours copy/pasting numbers from ad platforms into spreadsheets.

Our new Free plan has no limitation on data volume or overall spending, so you can automatically report on the cost, impressions, clicks, CPM, CTR, and CPC on your Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, G2, and Capterra accounts for up to 2 years of historic data!

Live Industry Benchmarks

Oh, and we’re soon to update this report with industry benchmarks, so you can see how your cost metrics across all platforms compare with B2Bs… Stay tuned for more news 🤐

2 Months of Activity History

As we’ve already mentioned, one of the main motivators for our reconfigured Free plan is to give instant value. That’s why you’re now able to pull in 2 months’ worth of historical data, giving you immediate access to reports on all your data.

Dreamdata will keep historic tracking data, should you decide to get even more value and upgrade to our Team, Business, or Enterprise plans.

Meaning that you’ll always be able to make use of all the quality data you’ve tracked with Dreamdata.
